ADHD & Executive Function
Life Coaching

Imagine Success.

Success is different for everyone. For many with ADHD, years of missteps, roadblocks and disappointment in oneself may have made success feel impossible. In fact, those with ADHD often have limited their aspirations after years of challenges.

What is the story you tell yourself?
What if we can change that story?

ADHD Coaching can help to reimagine what is possible.

ADHD  Coaching can help you learn about yourself and about your ADHD brain,  to better understand the role ADHD plays in your life.  Within a safe, nonjudgmental partnership, you will discover the mindset and habits underlying ineffective behaviors and create new behaviors to change the result.

Learn New Strategies.

Coaching can help you learn new approaches to:
  • Procrastination
  • Time Management
  • Feeling Overwhelmed
  • Sleep
  • Emotional Volatility
  • Organization
  • Memory
  • Decision-Making
  • Finding Clarity
Coaching can help you recognize unique ADHD strengths:
  • Great Problem-Solvers
  • Big Picture Thinkers
  • Creative Thinkers
  • Social
  • Funny
  • Passionate
  • Intuitive
  • and Make Great Leaders and Team Players

As with challenges, every person with ADHD has their own combination of strengths, sometimes called 'superpowers'. In our work together, we will identify your unique ADHD strengths.

Move Beyond Shame.

ADHD is often accompanied by shame -  Shame over some of the thoughtless, embarrassing things we may have done, and shame over things not accomplished in school or career.

Shame doesn't serve you. Through our work, you will begin to understand what you can do, and become comfortable with who you are. You may never have a neat desk or home, for example, but through the coaching process, you can begin recognize what is important to you and what you can take pride in -- letting go of tasks that may require more effort than you'd like to give them. You will lead the conversation, and we will work together on what you would like to accomplish.
