ADHD/Executive Function Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, action-oriented partnership designed to help people make the changes they want.  ADHD/Executive Function Coaching is Life Coaching specifically designed to address the unique concerns of individuals who deal with the challenges of ADHD/EF.  As a Certified Coach, specially educated in ADHD Coaching, I am trained in the research, science and most effective treatment plans for working with people with ADHD, Executive Function Disorders, and related issues.

Widely respected organizations and individuals, including the National Institute of Mental Health, Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (CHADD), Russell Barkley (ADHD: A Handbook for Diagnosis and Treatment), and Edward Hallowell (Driven to Distraction) have endorsed Coaching as a vital missing link for achieving success
