Group ADHD Coaching provides a safe, supportive setting in which participants deepen one’s knowledge about ADHD and its impact on their lives. During this 6-week program, the small group (maximum 6 people) provides a community of participants with many shared ADHD-related issues.
Sessions include learning, coaching and discussion as we explore commonalities and access the creative thinking of our collective ADHD brains. With brief questions sent to participants prior to meetings, each group member brings their own experience to the group to enrich the process.

Understanding the ADHD Brain
Exploring Your Version of ADHD
Managing Your Time: Recognizing When to do the Hard Work, When to Chill
Tackling Procrastination: What is it Really About?
Pushing through Discomfort
Addressing the Scroll and Other Tech Trouble
How the group works:
Participants will begin the program with a ½ hour 1:1 Coaching Session.
Weekly group sessions are a combination of learning, coaching, and group collaboration.
We will explore a new topic at each meeting. Before each session, participants will receive a brief worksheet related to the session topic which they are encouraged to complete before the meeting.
Group members will be encouraged to share related experiences and support other group members in sessions and during the week on a shared private platform.
Participants may add a monthly individual coaching session to deepen their coaching experience.
